Scan Files
This takes a set of folders and builds a catalogue of the files in the collection. You also have the option of computing the hash for each file.

Using a scan, this page lets you search for files by name.
Find Duplicates in Scan
Using a scan with hashes, this page lets you find duplicate files regardless of their names and dates with the option to selectively delete them.
Verify
This takes two folders and confirms that all the files in one are also in the other.
